What is the Curated Connections Co. Membership?

The Curated Connections Co. Membership provides real estate agents with ready-to-use pop-by ideas designed to help them stay consistently connected with their clients and sphere. Each concept includes printable tag designs, supply suggestions, and simple instructions.

When do new ideas get released?

New Curated Connections drops are released on the 15th of each month.

Do members get access to all past pop-by ideas?

Membership includes access to current content and member resources. Select past kits or specialty collections may be offered separately.

Can I cancel the membership anytime?

Yes. Membership can be canceled anytime. Your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

What are Done-For-You pop-by kits?

Kits are released throughout the year in limited quantities. Availability may vary depending on the season and the specific concept.

Who is Curated Connections Co. designed for?

Curated Connections Co. was created specifically for real estate agents who want to stay consistently connected with their clients and community through thoughtful relationship-building touches.

How does the ordering process work?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a quick form to submit your logo and QR code URL. Each kit is made-to-order and personalized, so timely submission is important. Production begins after the monthly order cutoff on the 25th, and delays in submitting your details may delay your shipment. All orders are final due to the custom nature of the products.

When will I receive my order?

Orders close on the 25th of each month and ship within 10–14 business days after the cutoff. Shipping times will vary based on location and carrier. At this time, shipping is available within the United States (excluding Hawaii). Once your order has shipped, delivery timelines are dependent on the carrier.

Do you offer local pickup or help with shipping issues?

Yes! Local pickup in Celina, TX is available at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive instructions. Please text ahead to coordinate pickup so your order can be set out for you.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out. These situations are handled case-by-case, and we will do our best to make it right, including working with the carrier when needed.
