Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email followed by a quick form to submit your logo and QR code URL. Each kit is made-to-order and personalized, so timely submission is important. Production begins after the monthly order cutoff on the 25th, and delays in submitting your details may delay your shipment. All orders are final due to the custom nature of the products.

Orders close on the 25th of each month and ship within 10–14 business days after the cutoff. Shipping times will vary based on location and carrier.
